I m an Asianet linked broadband customer. I have been facing connection issues since the month of June, raised complaints to local cable tv operator Mr Nasser, finally he took my modem on July 7 but he hasn’t return my modem yet. Now I have no internet no modem. He has been ignoring my calls. I have complained to Asianet directly but they said they are helpless. I paid 3 months advance payment of 2175 rupees for the internet. Mr Nasser’s attitude is very rude and he is not fixing my modem. Now I couldn’t work at home and literally I m jobless right now. My kids online classes were also affected with this problem.
