Sir ,
Bought a REALME BUDS WIRELESS BLUETOOTH HEADSET on 26/05/2020. Received a 6 month warranty receipt. The company later extended its warranty to one year.During a visit to 2 showrooms due to minor damage to the headset during this period, it was said that it could not be replaced or repaired. It is difficult for a product purchased at such a high cost to be discarded without any use during the warranty period.We request you to take steps to repair it but take action from the company.
