Now any one from Towers of Phase 2 and Phase 3 can join case against Royal Heritage Sector 70 Faridabad as the buyer's Advocate has got the Section 12 1(c) approved against the builder. The project management is under Ansal Buildwell.

So, good opportunity for buyers with same issues to join case against this builder.

There will be an add that will be published in a hindi and English newspaper as well but one can join before that also by meeting the advocate of this case. Case no. is 453 of 2018 in NCDRC. So check more on NCDRC site .
