I want to bring to everyone's attention the appalling experience I have had with JDP Club and Resort. I paid a sum of 40000 for a holiday package, but to my dismay, I have not received any booking confirmation and my countless attempts to reach their customer service have been in vain. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be ignored and left in the dark after investing so much money in their services.
