Request for Full Refund of Payment for Cancelled Solar Installation

Dear Accounts Team Inter Solar 


Referring to our telephonic discussion with Mr. Neeraj, I've decided not to proceed with the 5KW solar installation at my address in Ambala due to load constraints. I've already paid Rs. 25,000 for the installation.

As the cancellation is not my fault and there's no clear mention of cancellation charges in the offer, I request a full refund of Rs. 25,000 without any deductions.

I've been following up on this for a month now and would appreciate it if you could process the refund today.
