Product under warranty but the company is not honouring it

Product ordered on 19th Sept First grievance raised when I was unable to hear calls on 27th Sept Then on 5th Nov, I started facing issues with the charging case. I couriered them the product on 7th Nov ( paying from my pocket ) . Now the company claims they have received only one earbud and the charging case and one earbud is missing. My courier company said the product was delivered properly. Name - Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd AWB number - 2342139497 Please help me
