Payment was made but still not active my channel subscription

Hi

I just made payment of Rs. 99/- (Time 04:44 pm) by UPI towards ZEE5 subscription. But it's shows that it's paid to Billdesk which UPI Id is "Billdesk2@ybl". (UPI Transaction id is 917448394475). But it's not transferred to ZEE5 Subscription.

Hence I am requesting you that transfer this amount back to my bank account. Once I receive the Payment I will proceed further. Expected it should be done at earliest.
