I HAVE PURCHASE NEW CIAZ ALPHA DIESEL ON 31ST MAY 2019 FROM KP NEXA JAIPUR . ON 9TH AUGUST(3100 KM RUNS) IN EARLY MORNING WHEN I WAS GOING TO OFFICE, I SAW THAT MY REAR TYRE WAS SOME ISSUE ( 4-5 BUBBLES TYPE OCCUE ON TYRE. WHEN WE GO TO NEXA MADHUSUDAN,AGRA( DUE TO THE OFFICE IN AGRA ) , THE NEXA TEAM SAYS THAT YOU WILL CALL TO GOODYEAR TYRE . ( I HAVE PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM NEXA BUT COMPLAINT RAISED TO THIRD PARTY) . I HAVE RAISED THE COMPLAINT TO GOODYEAR (complain NO-Q0908190373) . A PER THE SCHEDULE GPOODYEAR ENGINEER HAS VISITED THE NEXA SERVICE CENTRE AND REJECTED THE TYRE CLAIM AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE RUN THE VEHICLE ON LOW PRESSURE . I TOLD TO HIM I NEVER RUN THE VEHICLE ON LOW PRESSURE BUT HE REJECTED THE CLAIM ( MAY BE WANT SOME MONEY OR OTHERTHINGS TO SETTLE THE CLAIM) . THEN NEXA TEAM MR. AAKASH BHATT TOLD ME THAT GOOD YEAR HAS REJECTED THE TYRE CLAIM , NOW AS MARUTI GOODWILL THEY WILL REPLACE THE TYRE BUT THEY WILL CHARGE THE 25% OF TYRE COST . WHEN I ASKED TO HIM , CAN YOU GIVE THIS ON MAIL OR WRITTEN , HE REFUSED THE SAME. DUE TO THE COMING FESTIVALS ARE COMING ON 15TH AUGUST , I NEED THE VEHICLE. SO I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT . NOW AGAIN ON 26TH AUGUST (6700 kM RUNS) SAME PROBLEM OCCUR ON FRONT RIGHT SIDE TYRE ( ONLY ONE BUBBLE), AGAIN I VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER , AGAIN THEY TOLD ME TO RAISE THE COMPLAINT TO GOODYEAR . AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS HAPPEN DUE TO LOW PRESSURE . HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE THAT WE CAN RUN THE CAR ( WHICH COST AROUND 14 LAKH) RUN ON LOW PRESSURE . BUT AGAIN HE REJECTED THE CLAIM . WITHIN TWO MONTH I HAVE PHASING THE LOT OF ISSUE DUE THE TYRE WHICH IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. WHEN I PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM MARUTI WHY I COMPLAINT TO THE THIRD PART. ( IF IN FUTURE MY GEAR BOX IS DAMAGE , THEN I WILL RAISE THE COMPLAINT TO GEAR COMPANY OF MARUTI COMPANY) . I WANT TO CHANGE THE ALL 5 TYRES IMMEDIATE TO AVOID ANY ACCIDENT IN FUTURE . WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHINH HAPPEN DURING THE CAR DRIVING IF ANY TYRE DAMAGE ? I NE
