Intended non delivery of my pre-paid item

Hon'ble Sir/Madam,
I have booked an item (Cufflinks) online from Flipkart and made payment against it. They informed that my item shall be be delivered by the XPRESSBEES Couriers bearing AWB No. 13448214752537 by 24th September, 2021. However, the subject item reached in the hands of XPRESSBEES Delivery Agent on the 22nd September, 2021. They at first messaged me item is out for delivery. But, later on the same day they again messaged that they could not deliver the item as I wanted the delivery later. Whereas, never myself or no where there system shows that I have made any such request. On the contrary, I had talked with the delivery agent on the same day and explained I am waiting for the delivery.Then, I made a call to the Customer Care Service of XPRESSBEES, who in turn assured me for the quickest possible delivery. The next day on 23rd September, 2021 they again messaged me that my item is out for delivery. But, to my utter dismay, grief and mental pain they later messaged me that they couldn't fulfil the delivery as I was not available. In such tortured state I immediately called their customer care and explained all the suffering I am made by them and requested a call back from any of their higher-ups. In turn, I received a call next day from some senior executive who assured me that the delivery will be made same day any how. But, adding much pain this also didn't happen. On 24th September, 2021 they repeated the same unethical, unprofessional and inhumane act thus causing me immense loss of mental peace. On 25th September, 2021 their Delivery Agent called me that he is coming for delivery. I asked him whether he has acquaintance with my address. I described him with full details. He confirmed me that, he is coming with my item. But, again under undue influence of the might of his higher-ups and big company he displayed utter cruelty and disloyalty towards his customer. Thus, he and his company knowingly and willingly made a farce of the Consumers' Rights.Today when I enquired about the delivery status of my prepaid item, I was informed, my item has been reverted back to the seller.I have all the Call Recordings pertaining to this painful issue. If you will allow me I can produce all these along with their messages (SMS) before your adjudicating self.
I PRAY THAT I MAY KINDLY BE DISPENSED WITH JUSTICE AGAINST MY SUFFERINGS, MENTAL PAIN, AGONY, LOSS OF TIME AND DUE PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE XPRESSBEES for which your humble petitioner shall ever pray.
