i have taken hero fincorp 2 wheeler loan. The account from which my monthly emi is deduct, i want to replace that account with new one and for that i requested to customer care and pune branch manager gopal sapkal to change the account. But they are not supporting me. Customer care regret to raise complaint also.. Even i pay the emi at time, they deduct emi bouncing charges in that. Please help me.
