Fraudulent Issue and Inflation charges , Matrix Celluar (International) Services Limited

This is in reference to the fake bill generation (over charging; not in sync to the plan agreed), wrong promises and commitments and payment without my consent through my credit card. It is not the point of just 5000 INR sir, but the point of recurring ongoing frauds by this company where innocent people are regularly cheated.

This was related to the international SIM plan (SIM no.- +65-92348677) purchased by Matrix. Initially I raised my concern directly with Matrix team and the executive (who agreed yes there seems some mistake) but all in vain. In parallel, I asked SBI team to block my credit card immediately and started interaction with them. Though this led to park that transaction into disputed category but later after some investigation they have agreed to that fake bill provided by Matrix and now asking me to do the payment of the same. I have the documents containing the fake bill generated, my communication with Matrix regarding plan agreement & post the incident my complaint (no response yet), communication with my credit card department (SBI).
