Ultratech Cement Product - Very Poor Quality of the masking tape

ULTRATECH Masking Tape which was purchase by your Dealer (Lodha Cement supplier Udaipur) but it was not stucking while using it.,
I have complained to your dealer, but your dealer send Executive at site and company Executive said that Quality of the masking tape is poor and then he called his senior person for testing the masking tape ,which was actual poor by the senior person also.
He said that he will take this tape & refund the money if we will purchase the Ultratech Cement.
After that he told that if you will make the complain of mine to the company i will case on you.
If you have a breakdown product of the company, you must refund money.
