Hotel owner/manager giving fake response and allegations

We had stayed at hotel Shangri-La The Heritage Haveli located at mehro ka bass, near chamunda mata temple, inside badalo ka chowk, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342001. We stayed there for one day I e. 24thJan 2024 and checked out on 25th Jan 2024 at 5 am. The owner of hotel provided worst service, due to which I gave 1 rating on Google. Now after seeing my reviews the owner is giving fake response and putting wrong allegations on me saying that I have checked out without informing him and paying bills. He is saying all shits on my Google review. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
