I purchased a refrigerator from Girias Showroom, Marthandam on 09 April 2026 (Invoice No. CS/MHD/7149) using Bank of Baroda Credit Card. However, the product has not been delivered till date despite repeated follow-ups.

On visiting the showroom, I was informed that the item is not available in stock except for a display unit. I refused the display item and requested either a new sealed product or a full refund. However, no action has been taken and I am being asked to wait without any clear timeline.

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request immediate delivery of a new sealed refrigerator or full refund of the amount paid with interest for the delayed period.
