hello sir, i just wanted to tell you that there is a lot of politics and disrespectful things happening in your organization and i am really sorry that i have to take this on a professional sight like linkedin but just to bring it ton your notice working with tech mahindra was my dream but when i joined tech mahindra in wcom process batch no 3 on nov 1st 2017 in Chandigarh IT park i was told that there will be a training program which will last for a month and after completing the same we will be paid for the entire month but when i was in training under rajnikant tripathy he told me that you all will pass and on the day of certification he called 8 SME's and they started sending the emails on behalf of all the trainies so that every one can pass the certification and it was all done under the supervision of the quality head Miss Farah and one person was kept at the doors so that he could warn everyone if someone comes so that we could all cheat and paas but instead they sent a wats app msg after one and a half month saying that you should find another job.i called them to enquire they told me that you have not qualified and on the next day i got to know that those people were selected who cannot even speak properly in the training. so i just wanted to let you know that there is also a dark side in this organization which needs to be taken care of.....and when i told the same to one of the HR's he asked me that what proof do you have that they have helped you all to cheat in the certification as there is no camera inside the training room(may be just to hide all these things) so i asked them to atleast check the cameras in the corridor outside the training room but they all are just pulling their hands out and no one has come forward to help me out .
Being a fresher all my dreams and thinking about the company has drastically changed after going through all this . I request you to please do something before they ruin the name of this organisation.
