On 22 JAN 2016 I had order washing machine from Shopclues but still I have not received it till now. called customer care several times just same reply I
gets that is we will update in next 48 hour.
Today I had given a call to customer care regarding a delivery. that guy on call told me that wait till 48 hrs again we don't know the product were it is.
This Shopclues people are just fooling me each and every day when i give a call to them also i have wasted lot of money for the calls made to shopclues but did not got my product till now.
And also they are not able to tell me the date as well as the order status that were is it. also i ask to cancel my order and give me money back for that also they are not ready.
please help me to get my money back...
