Non receipt of Micromax mobile , Due to charging problem and non functioning of SIM 1 slot

Due to charging problem and non functioning of SIM 1 slot. I was deposited my mobile (Model No. A102) to nearest Micromax Care shop i.e M/S Surajits Mobile care, 1st Floor , HGB Road, Melarmath, Agartala (Tripura ) on 12/04/2016 (Job sheet NO. E020163-0416-22880688). On expiry of 110 days they are unable to return back my mobile. Moreover, micromax care shop never intimated me status on my mobile. Whenever i call them they simply said that server is not available.

As you are the 2nd world largest manufacturing company but due to negligence by the micromax care shop, they fail to provide services after sale service, which is not a healthy practice.

I have also lodged many complaint to micromax through email i.e on micare.micromaxinfo.com many times. But they are also not solved my problem and not initiated any effort.

Hence,as compensation for such a long delay appropriate action may be taken against the said service centre.
