i had purchase connection nextra broadband in july 2016. And close my connection on 20june2016. according to company when we disconnect broadband then amount will be refund with in 1 week of router. now a day i am waiting that date 20june2016 but no employee are not coming to my address. for collect my modem and refund my amount. I am calling to customer care many time. but they are
To tell me please wait 1 week. and i am waiting from 20june2016.
finally i am tired than i complaint .
we hope solved this problem shortly and take action against company ,
