Money not credited to my Paytm Wallet

I added inr 200 from my axis bank a/c no. 909010031084586 (debit card 4688 xxxx xxxx 8689) to my paytm wallet registered mobile 8130270806.

It is not yet credited. I got confirmation from bank.

I am a senior citizen and it is giving me unnecessary tension.

Please resolve.
