After Sale Service Complain geyser from Arise company

Last year i purchased geyser from Arise company. It is under warranty. There is some issue coming in geyser. I made a complain on 22nd Oct 2016 having complain number DL0011661045971. Whenever i called its customer care number 011-66580322 about my complain status, they told me in casual way that it will be completed by today. Till today no one came to entertain the complain. Even i didn't receive any call from them. This is really very pathetic after sales service by Arise India Limited. Please look into this.
