Dear concern,

i afraid to say that all wine shop at sarita vihar and madanpur khadar asking for extra charges.

last night i bought one officers blue from D&E Pocket Sarita Vihar DDA Market that i costed for 85 rupees but price printed on the bottle 80 rupees only. i asked him why they are taking extra money besides of print rate, replied if you want so you have to pay 85 rupees for this bottle other wise keep the side.
