Madam,

A mail has sent to director (Saturday Sunday Media Entertainment), Ms. Neha Verma (Director of company) on her email id neha.verma@bookmyoffer.com and care@bookmyoffer.com today i.e. 19.12.2016 informing the reasons for not acting upon my complaints leading to taking up matter with Hon'ble Police Commissioner and Anti Corruption branch for taking necessary action on the above noted subject. You are requested to clear your stand with regard to refund of money paid for the defective /duplicate product (SD card) received from your company in the name of samsung. Since, no reply is being received from you and your company's executive in this regard so the may be treated as final reminder.

It is also requested to heads/top executives of samsung company whose email ids are put in CC coloumn above to look into matter seriously since duplicate SD cards are being sold by this company in the name of Samsung brand. No action on this fraud company by Samsung officials would mean, favouring malpractises and fraudulent actvities by these orginal Samsung company officials in whatsoever nature due to what soever reason.In that case, I will take up matter from my side to Highest authority in original Samsung company too for making wilfull favours for this fraud company by these Original Samsung Company officials.

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India is encouraging cashless payments/deposits these days and such fraud companies like book my offer .com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt Ltd Golf course Road sector 43 gurgaon 122002 are posing hurdle in the same and for getting justice, matter would be taken up with Prime Minister Office and with Ministry of Home Affairs too if no action would be taken on my above complaint by Director/Head of Company since no reply has been received from company's director Ms. Neha Verma inspite of apprising facts to her on this issue through speed post letter dated: 15.12.2016 sent on the above address i.e.Bookmyoffer.com

Hope , immediate action would be taken by Original Samsung company officials this time as duplicate SD cards are being sold by company in the name of Samsung brand which got confirmed by Service Centre of Nehru Place, New Delhi also.
