My vehicle no. is DL2CAM9777.I requested for break down service on 23/01/2017 evening as my car battery got discharged but service to me was denied citing reason that my service validity has expired as per system. I enclosed the image of the receipt in the mail sent to customer care of the company which clearly shows validity from 15/02/16 to 15/02/17. I clarified the same thing to their customer care executive but he insisted that their is overwriting in the receipt. I clarified their representative made mistake in filling the receipt so he corrected it by writing dates again in the column below . They can very well verify the handwriting. I have a documentary proof of validity. If there is some discrepancy in their records or cutting by their representative why should I suffer for that when I have paid full amount for the service. My complaint is still not resolved.
