Need to refund my amount - Fitso seals leelawati school, ghaziabad

I took a swimming plan at fitso seals leelawati school, ghaziabad for three months in 5200..as per norms they committed me timings which are suited to me but actually not provided.. There changing rooms are unhygienic.. They have a single coach over 20 learners including small kids.. Water quality is degraded.. I got ill in a week.. Now I want the company to refund my amount.. I'm not going to the class from the last one month..kindly look into the matter and get it resolved.. I'm not well and not even in a condition to join the classes back due to the bad conditions arising there
