Authorized AMC service provider is not providing any service against my complaint

Sir/ Madam,

The undersign is using Sansui A/C which is under AMC. AMC is attached for your reference.
I have raised a complaint regarding cooling issue of my Sansui A/C (Reference No. GHA0604190086) on dated 06.04.2019.
Regret to inform you that, there is no response received from Sansui AMC provider till date. No official from Sansui/AMC official visited my house till date.
