I have purchased the raw chicken considering as fresh on 12 April 2019 from the GREEN CHICK CHOP orange county Indirapuram, Ghaziabad chicken shop GSTIN 09AATFP4478J1ZB, which they promise to provide raw fresh chicken, but when I unpacked at home it was a frozen chicken. They have not shown the proper weight during the purchase as well, even charged one rupee more than that as per the bill when I checked at home. Staff was also ignoring and making the person to just purchase and go aside, completely different phase as they mentioned on their website when I called at the shop and asked the reason for frozen, they said it was transported even transported item is refrigerated not frozen like fresh milk, milk supplied daily to doorstep is liquid only not solid, as the temperature difference is much more between the two. They are not truly justifying what they are selling?
