Shyam electrical appliances fake information about the product

I've purchased 2 units of 3 Ltrs of usha brand geysers from Mr. Sunil tibrewal and Mrs. Ritu Tibrewal,RO flat no.1224,Tower P-4,ashiana palm court,rajnagar extention ghaziabad on 17/12/2018.....as I'm also living in the same society so I asked mrs. tibrewal to to suggest me the geyser which can surphise the water condition of our society....so she referred me these brand as these geysers contains glass tank so water hardness doesn't get deposited in the tank....but after pyrchasing two units in december 2018,one of my geyser started giving problem so I informed mrs. tibrewal on 18th april 2019..but she kept delaying to provide services....after so many follow ups finally she send a local electrician to my place,who told me that water hardness deposit shorted the element...so I spoke mr.Sunil tibrewal who told me that these geyser doesn't contain glass tank so if you want you can purchase another geyser otherwise this problem will occur again and neither we can replace geyser nor we can refund the money...I have requested both of them to take out some solution but now they are not even picking my call...
So I request to take some action against them ASAP.
