BY NAME PRAVIN FROM AURANAGABD TO AMRAVATI....BUT BUS OPERTAOR CANCELLED BUS ON TIME AND EVEN DIDN'T MASG ME OR CALL ANY CONTACT ....ALL THE NI9GHT I AM WAITING THERE IN BOARDING POINT IN COLD AND NOW I CALIME TO REFUND MY MONYE THEN HE TOTTALY REFUSED TO GIVE MONEY BACK TOOO...NOW PLASE SUGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR THIS THIRDB CLASS AND REDICULAS SERVICE AND BEHAVIOURE OF RLT TRAVALS????????
