i have bought order no. #171-9299762-6325939 for Glory Fashion Women's Stylish Handbag Purple BB-001-B00146 placed on November 8, 2016. but it was send blue colour. there was no pick up point for returning this item. so i was curriered it selfly and postage payment was rs.300. which are refundable.
I want this RS.300 postage charge in cash in my account. now Amazon co. mailled me its only refundable with gift voucher .
however they mailed me its refundable .Amazon co,. not mantioned their mail this amount is refundable in Gift Voucher.
