Aircel refund has not given, no active any service then balance deducted

Hi,
I received call from Aircel and none of the button was pressed no active any service then balance deducted.
I received message like "Thanks for subscribing to Cricket Monthly at Rs.15.0 for 15 days validity. You will be renewed after 15 days. To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223. For your special offer dial 50000!!Toll Free!!"
Then Had a word with customer care first time said that the service deactivated now and after 3-4 hours balance will refunded.but when I call today Customer executive said these service is not refundable.
This second time experience with Aircel service first time hungama service had activated.
Last 2 week ago I Also complaint for DND service activate to my no. but still I receive this type of call
