आदरणीय sir,
नमस्ते
तारीख 09/11/16 को संजय कृषि सेवा केंद्र,जूना कॉटन मार्किट अकोला महाराष्ट्र 444001 से 'शार्क' नाम की दवा 'इन्सेक्टीसाइड्स (इंडिया) लिमिटेड की बनी हुई तारीख 09/11/16 बिल नंबर 121154 बारीक़ अड़ी और अड़ी के अंडे मारने के लिए हमारे परिवार के खेत आपोति बुजरुक तालुका जिल्हा अकोला में लिया था
शनिवार तारीख 12/11/16 40 एकर क्षेत्र में ट्रेक्टर से स्प्रे किया था
मंगलवार तारीख 15/11/16 को बारीक़ अड़ी दिखने लगी
बुधवार तारीख 16/11/16 को अड़ी का उपद्रव बड़ गया
बुधवार को संजय कृषि केंद्र में शाम को दवा की तकरार तोंडी की थी उन्होंने ने गुरुवार को कंपनी का आदमी भेज दिया उसने हमें बताया की हमारे हुए हुए नुकसान की भरपाई नहीं मिलेंगी और कहाँ की तुम हमारी दवा की तकरार कही भी करो
इस दवा के उपयोग से हमारा 30% क्रॉप का नुकसान हो गया है
इस दवा की बोतल पर कंपनी को नोटिस भेजना का कोई अड्रेस नहीं है
तुरंत इस कंपनी पर कारवाही होना जरुरी है और हमारे पुरे नुकसान की जवाबदारी कंपनी की होने से तुरंत कारवाही होना आवश्यक है ताकि हम क़ानूनी कारवाही कर सके
इस पत्र के साथ बिल का फ़ोटो और बोतल के लेबल का फ़ोटो आपको भेज रहे है
