I have purchased one ceramic cooker from MAT-X Sky Marketing on 29/11/2014 at an exhibition in Ice Skating Rink with one year warranty. The cooker became dead in Dec,2014 but the Firm did not take any complaint and made all the telephones ineffective. However after repeated efforts I could register complaint on 23/08/2015 vide job code no 23H1502C and the cooker was taken away on 25/08/2015 by one Monirul Sarder of the Firm for repairing. But the cooker has ant yet been returned and the firm is not responding. Their telephones have also been made ineffective.
Incidentally, it is learnt that the firm is in fraudulent activity of selling its substandard items in exhibition with one year warranty and then not attending to calls by switching off the telephones after Exhibition.
