Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a call from Ms.Bhargavi | Senior Associate-Career Services (Wisdomjobs.com)
(Desk) 040 – 47272753
E-mail- bhargavi.ch@wisdomjobs.com informing me that my CV has been shortlisted by few companies as my qualification & Experience matched with their requirements.But in order to apply for them i need to subscribe paid services of Rs.2360/- INR/-.I told Ms.Bhargavi that since I am without a job so this amount was heavy for me to pay. She offered me a discounted amount of Rs.1770/-INR.I also asked her that if there are any other charges then I will not be subcribing to their paid services to which she told me that this was One time charge & so I agreed and subscribed paid service on dt.04.7.2018.

She then told me that one of her Senior HR managers would cal;l me & discuss my profile & give details of companies I will be interviewed for.
I recieved a call from their Sr.HR Manager who discussed my profile & told me to pay 7000/-INR for my document verifiaction process after which only he will give me details of interview etc.
I told him that I had already discussecd with Ms.Bhargavi, & that I will not be paying any other amount.He said that in that case,I will not get any good companies/job offers since it will be considered free service.

Till date I have not recieved any single call from them neither any Job offer.I tried calling the The Desk number of Ms.Bhargavi but its telling that
"The number you have dialled is incorrect .Please check the number and try again" I also emailed Ms.Bhargavi a few times, regarding my issue & that I want my refund but there is no response from her end.

I am very much disappointed and frustated with their behaviour & service.

Now I do not wish to continue these services and kindly refund me Rs. 1770/- INR what I have paid. I just want my money back.I have all the communication emails for reference.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
