Poor response for servicing, WEST BENGAL, Kolkata FIBAS EXCLUSIVE KITCHENWARE PVT LTD

as per norm they will provide 3 free servicing. But their servicing is too poor. For service I had call approx 10 times for each and after that I got response. I have one servicing still one year But every call he promised that servicing will be done within 2 / 3 days. But nothing happened.
Its look like we the customers of Kutchina are simply a beggar and every day we have to begged from them and still there is no surety that they will response.
Requesting to Kutchina, please look into the matter and please give a proper solution.
