Sir,
I have made a claim for my handset mi max prime 128 gb price 19999/- on 28-05-2017 relationship no-2050643 and membership id-1001406137, they have told me after verification of documents it will max take 48 hours to pick up my phone.my verification was completed on 01-06-2017 which i have recieved a mailon 31-05-2017 against service request no-2025452,but today its 11-06-2017 my device is yet not picked up.I am really harrassed by the service of one assist everytime i called them they are giving a different versions. One of the executive named sagar told me on filing a claim it will take max 15-25 working days to get my phone repaired and deliveredbut now it is almost 13 days nothing as such happen.I want a courtesy phone due to the delay caused by one assist so that i can adjust of not having a phone.They are callous in their attitude.In there site it is mentioned that it takes 7-10 working days to get repaired, moreover in site it i written that after claim lodgement within 7 days document should reach there, i am totally harassed by the service .
They all are fooling customers.
I want my claim to get settled within one week, if they cat do i need a new handsdet then.
