Dear sir
I am Shilpa Sena I have order on 17 /04/17. 5 double bedsheets and 10 pillow cover from TV-shop at rupees 1385 paid to them on delivery date 21.04.17. The product they have send to us is defect in quality I have immediately complain in customer care of TV shop. They said they will refund my money back. today from the TV- shop customer care they call me and said that they will not refund. So please help how to get my money back from them. This was my order details Dear Customer, Your TV-Shop order no. 700319440 for 5 Double Bedsheets Combo by Furnishing Kingdom has been shipped vide AWB no. S1134410877052 through.
