I stayed in The Samilton, Kolkata on 30 and checked out on 31st January, 2017.

When the bill was presented to me, over and above the tariff and applicable government taxes, service charges were levied. When I objected stating that this is not correct and I did not avail of any service, I was told that since they have not increased the tariff, they are charging service charges.

This is wrong and cheating the customers by the Hotel.
