I have purchase a combo of brandeded 20000 MAH Power Bank+Data Cable + Charger + Earphone from shoppingsastaonline.com on 22/07/2017. This Subscriber name was Mr.Prosenjit Roy. This AWB no is 1297214041962 and order no is CIB494394.

When I box open. and When I connect to charge on my mobile phone then I saw that Mobile phones are not be charged and data cable does not work properly and also the Power Bank does not work. Power Bank does not switch on and I can't charging my mobile phone.

I send my complaint to the shoppingsastaonline.com on 25 Jul 2017 but they take a Ticket-8531. After the result I will get no reponce.

That's why I want to get 999 rs. and the I return product. your's responsibility to arrange pickup the product.

I am satisfied that This company is VERY VERY FRAUD AND CHEAT.
