मैं, चन्दन बर्मन,( विद्यार्थी) उम्र -19 वर्ष, पेट में दर्द होने के कारण मैंने डॉ प्रसून राय के सुझाव से आविष्कार डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर में 24.5.2018 को मैंने पेट का सीटी स्कैन करवाया| जिसमें रिपोर्ट सब नॉर्मल आया| फिर मैंने यह रिपोर्ट 25.5.2018 को डॉक्टर से दिखाया तब उन्होंने कहा कि रिपोर्ट में कुछ गलती है| डॉक्टर ने आविष्कार डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर में बात कर मुझे बताया कि पेट में अपेंडिक्स है| और मुझे फिर से रिपोर्ट लाने को कहा| अब मुझे यह विश्वास नहीं हो पा रहा कि पहले रिपोर्ट सही था या अब इस टेस्ट के लिए 7000 रुपए खर्च किए और मुझे परेशानी भी उठानी पड़ी| मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि यदि मुझे पैनल्टी सहित मेरा पूरा खर्च वापस दे दिया जाए तो मैं दूसरे जगह जांच करवा कर अपना इलाज करवा सकूं|
