Big vessel accident to a fishing boat - coral queen ship port blair

Myself zakhir hussain i am from port blair ,andaman and nicobar islands,my fishing Boat was Colloied by a vessel coral queen on 6 april 2019 at around 11:00pm .my crew members were Floating With The assistant of an ice box whole night till morning 7 am,a complaint was also registered FIR (288,337) against the vessel .Till now there is no action has been taken .Now i become helpless and now i want justice.
