Big Bazaar not returning money, highly disappointed with Big bazaar service

I am highly disappointed with Big bazaar service. I have submitted my profit club card in Malad branch of Big bazaar on 19 Dec 2016 and till now I have not received my money back from my card. I have also submitted my blank cancelled cheque.
My card number was 9229 4819 4259 74

It close to 4 months now and i am constantly following up with Mr Milind Soni and Mr Deepak from Big bazaar Malad. They have highly disappointed me and stopped responding back to me.
