With grief I have to inform you about the recent incident which happened to my Dad.

Agency: Auto Point Waqad, Pune
My dad gave his Tata Tiago for service and Maintenance for the accident caused to vehicle. Vehicle is under warranty and insurance and is in Pune currently.
First he was harassed and asked for 18,000 Rs and agency people (Roopesh) mentioned that Insurance will pay by check later on in registered state as this is a out of state vehicle. (This vehicle is in Pune for short term less than 3 months). Later on they were ready to service the vehicle but asked for Rs 3000. My dad paid this amount to Roopesh under the impression that it is insurance deductible or tax. He got suspicious when agency said they will not be giving bill for this invoice. Attitude of the agency was very unruly and un professional and after multiple requests also they didn't provide any invoice. It seems a fraudulent scheme is going at this agency bringing bad reputation to Tata Motors.
Please look into this, if this matter is not resolved we will definitely go to consumer court and I will also put this on social media.
