I ordered Cooper Vision Proclear contact lenses of +3.75 power from Snapdeal.

I required them on the urgent basis as I lost my contact lenses but the product delivered to me is of -3.75 power which is completely opposite .

I asked the snapdeal customer care to refund my money but they are saying it is not possible, they can only replace the order and again it is the process of 4-5 days. I can't wait for so long as I am unable to work in my office as I have the eyesight issue.

Please help me to get thye complete refund including the delivery charges because delivering wrong product is snapdeal's mistake not mine.
