We had purchased Bike Bajaj Avenger cruse 220 by 16th Dec. 2016 and submitted all required documents to pass my vehicle from PCMC RTO MH-14 Pune, Maharastra. But today is 29th March 2017, till not received vehicle RC book and RTO number. we call everyday to dealer to take feedback but he not respond properly. Not provided valid information. Company authority and dealer manager misguide every time by providing wrong information about RTO number status. We have launch complaint to Bajaj Auto against dealer but they also not respond complaint ID ISR_087971. RTO receipt no. MH12D17030001648. Application no. MH17030002044879 (18-03-2017, 13.21.46 at PCMC RTO Pune Maharashtra). I have provide all required documents and also provide CRTM form personally at RTO office with RTO inspection officer sign on paper dated. Also registered complaint at Consumerhelpline.gov.in Complaint No. - 183470 Details
Posting date - 2017-03-08 11:05:42, but case is in progress. I need vehicle number soon and charges for frustration and misguided from bajajauto company, Dealer and RTO.

    Yesterday We also received call from RTO officer saying that today 31st March 2017 is last day of collecting sign inspection documents, CRTM form and tax payment form from him ow he reject application. Dealer again provide wrong info or status saying that we already paid tax. Now we launch FIR against dealer and Bajaj Company by providing wrong info and still not complete vehical registration process.

    How much GST charged on MRF Back side tyre of CBZ Extreme?
    One of the MRF dealer charge me 14% cgst and sgst separately whereas 14% tax slab doesn't exist.
