Against cylender subsidy

Sir/Madam
It is to inform you that in the month of January 2015, I have taken a cylinder, but yet not subsidy has came to my account.
I visited you office in Feb.2015 For subsidy not came in my account, but your staff did not gave me any answer and again today 4th June 2015 I visited your office,again your staff did not gave me any answer.
If this is your rule to disturb your loyal customer, I will forward mail to head office.
So I humbly request you to transfer my cylinder subsidy to my account. So pls. rectify my problem as soon as possible.
