Admission in IISWBM for my son

Respected ABP Head.I Subrata Mukherjee retired from Indian Navy Submariner and now settled from Mumbai to Eden city Kolkata, my son Shubho Mukherjee has been selected for MHRM at IISWBM Kolkata this year.He had done BSc. Biotechnology from Pillai's College, Panvel Mumbai for 1st and 2nd year regularly but in his third year, because of illness (malaria and typhoid reoccurring) he was not able to attend classes regularly,so he was not allowed to give his final year exam.As he would lose one year we credit transferred his credentials to Shobhit University Merut and he cleared his third year final exams with proper certificates and documents..
For taking admission in IISWBM Kolkata they need equivalence certificate from Calcutta University,so we submitted all the necessary documents and mark sheets from 12th standard to BSc. Biotechnology final year on 12 December 2014, we have already visited the respective officer at registrar's office more than 15th times for collection of my son's equivalence certificate but still we have not received it nor did we get any information about it.
Sir also give all required certificate 2nd time on 09/04/15 like Migration,provisional certificate,marksheet to Register Mr Basab chowdhury ,he told he will sent to ugc for approval.(as Shobit University is recognized or not} Hon-arable Kolkata University VC Prof Suranjan Das sir also wrote letter Sec UGC 15 days back but still we are waiting for it .it is very let and IISWBM Kolkata will close admission.there fore it is requested kindly looks after this mater and save my sons life. some one should listen
