Cheated with CCTV installed from AMP Technologies

Hello Sir,

We got this CCTV installed from AMP Technologies with the quotation of 1TB memory hard disk. Instead of TB, he gave us 500 GB. Promising that he'll change it within 2 days. we kept on calling him ( 8885518880 , 7207008880) regularly and repeatedly. We paid him full amount of 1TB and in return he installed 500 GB. now this guy isn't ready to pay back nor he is installing the one we wanted. We want you to take an action against these guys ASAP. He should either pay us back or install the request memory.
