" on phone mentioning in the below quotes:

"Guaranteed response and the amount which you paid for membership will be refunded ,
Being the most trusted online matrimony service, we are quite confident that you will find your life partner here. To portray our level of confidence in our services,within 3 months our customer relationship manager will be focusing solely on your profile to find suitable matches and used other cheating strategies to take the amount for the membership".
But the commitments are not fulfilled & its already being a month taken paid services.Till date none of the relevant profiles are send to me. However during the time of the payment executive 'Bharat Kumar' said that he can see atleast many profiles matching my criteria & preference and I will be given access to multiple matrimony sites to access like Divorcee Matrimony, kannada matrimony, marathi matrimony etc.

But after the payment not even 5 relevant profiles are send to me.

Now neither i was responded on call nor any relevant profiles are shown. So i need 100% refund, as per the trailing mail with 100% refund commitment.

After making the payment, he is not receiving or returning my call, from 23rd November.

None of the members including customer care executives are responding. Also they are just making fool that we are looking into the case and we will respond asap and after 2 weeks also, no executive from Bharatmatrimony has approached.

I received an email after lodging a complaint and till now no action/result. Received email from the below person:

Its all a cheating game which is played by Bharat matrimony and none of their services are not at all reliable and they solely focus on cheating people.

I have paid till now about $350, in which they initially said that they will return $150 after I was motivated by their executives to take 'Assisted services' which is a utter waste and the customer has to approach the Relationship manager for profiles and the Relationship manager dont even show any consideration for your call or providing service.
