Lava Reliance mobile was purchased but not working

I purchased the reliance phone having LAVACDMA L381 BLACK was purchased on 14th April 2016 from your outlet at Abids in Big Bazar Premises. The phone was stuked up and it is not being working and not recharging. When I contacted the Outlet People they simply say that they are not concerned and directed me to approach service centre. I paid Rs.1500/- towards the cost of the said mobile. In addition to this, I came to know that my CDM is going to be convered to GSM as per the messages being received by me. Even that also the outlet at Abids Mr. Khan asked to me to pay towards the cost of revised Sim GSM. However I paid to him Rs. 25/- for which no receipt was given to me. It is learnt that the said GSM has to be supplied free of cost. Now neither my mobiles is working having LAVA battery in it nor my CDMA was not converted into GSM Thus a senior customer like of Reliance is put to trouble for not mistake of me. I am using this Reliance CDM for the last 5-6 years and never this type of problems were arosed to me. I hope you will realize my difficulty and try to help me in getting my Mobile works as I am suffering a lot for want to mobile service of Reliance. Kindly clarify whether my CDM is being converted to GSM if so When? Please send the responsible persons immediately to set right the things happened and also check up as to why Mr.Khan of Abids outlet has demanded Rs. 100/- and collected Rs. 25/- without any receipt. There is no proper co-operation from the said out-let and we have to go for other net work if the things continue like this. Expecting your early response to me. My MobileNo.9391012386.
