Phone call with abusive words from Samsung Delhi office

Got a call from 9911855834 saying that he is calling from Samsung Delhi office and my number got selected for an offer. They are offerering GalaxyJ7 worth Rs.60000 for Rs.4000 and asked to give our adrees for courier. I suspected the caller and gave him my cousin number and asked to call to my cousin. When he called my cousin, my cousin started to ask his details and company details, how the number goselected so on. Then tha caller started to use very abusive language and scolded many bad words. Ven after 10 minutes agin he called to my cousin and said, you can do whatevere you want and scolded again. Please take some action aginst these type of calls. The words he used are not at all encourageable.
